Mindfulness ~ Meditation ~ Reiki ~ Crystal Healing
Since graduating from the University of New Hampshire in 1990, I have been an occupational therapist. It has been a very rewarding career that has opened up many opportunities for learning, growth and connection with others. During the past few years, I have found myself drawn to other forms of healing and transformation outside of the medical model. In 2005, I was introduced to mindfulness and meditation practices. Mindfulness has a very powerful and grounding effect on me. When I invite mindfulness into my daily life, it keeps me awake and alive. Daily meditation offers me the ability to better handle the ups and downs of life. I find I am able to move through my day with more ease even when I am faced with challenges. Meditation and mindfulness have guided me to slow down, reconnect with myself and dedicate time for self-care. Through sitting quietly, I have begun to wake up to living my best life which to me means connection to my mind-body, to nature, to my true, authentic self. Through this process of discovery~ to live a life focused on well-being of mind, body and spirit~ I have been drawn toward the benefits of what I like to call Heart-Centered Healing. As a mindfulness facilitator, meditation instructor, Reiki and crystal healing practitioner, I feel called to supporting and helping others in this process of healing, change, growth, and awakening to our true selves. I truly believe by opening our hearts to the present moment and welcoming in self-compassion, honoring self-care and cultivating self-love, we can better navigate and embrace both the light and the dark, the joy and the sorrow that make up our one rich life. I hope to take this journey with you.

Hi! I'm Suse, a passionate heart-centered healer committed to mindfulness and well-being. While it might seem like I got here overnight, I didn’t. In fact, it took me until 2005 before my true passion for meditation began to sink in and I understood all of its benefits.
Since then, I've built my life around helping others discover the joy of meditation and the awareness and acceptance that mindfulness can bring to life. As my clients grow, they will gain the tools to tap into their own inner light, empowering them to form their own path towards mindfulness, peace and healing.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is living in the present moment. It is paying attention, on purpose, without judgment. When we are mindful, we are aware of what is happening inside and outside of our body and allowing what is here to just be, without trying to change anything.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing modality using "universal life force energy" channeled through the hands of the practitioner. It helps to move stagnant energy, release blockages and rebalance the body to support emotional and physical healing and wellbeing.
What is Crystal Therapy?
Crystal therapy is a holistic approach harnessing both the physical and spiritual properties of stones and crystals for emotional and physical well-being. Crystals have the ability to transform and entrain energy. Connecting with crystals can raise our energetic vibration.
